Right of withdrawal

The following applies to consumers, i.e. any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the point you inform us of the withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service and you expressly consented before performance began and confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires accordingly under § 356 (5) BGB.
